Briefly, here’s how it works:  You pay just a security deposit and first month’s rent  in advance,  and make timely monthly rent payments for three to five years.  Successful completion of the above will then entitle you to buy your home for the price of just $1.00.  Yes!  I said “One Dollar”; there’s no typo. You get a valid deed and the home is yours, free and clear.
